The Middle East Advocacy and Research Center (MARC) identified the area of Transparency, Accountability and Budget Advocacy in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region as one of its main areas of intervention. Our organization feels that the T.A.B Program will constitute an ongoing process tha
